Great location but pricey services
The hotel's location in Roppongi Hills is unbeatable for business travelers, with easy access to major corporations and government offices. However, the business center charges are quite steep - printing and internet services cost more than expected. The staff is professional and the rooms are comfortable, but I wish the business amenities were more reasonably priced for the premium you're already paying.
