Account Wrongfully Disabled After Hack
My Instagram account @jus.done was recently hacked, and I reported it just 2 days before the account was suspended. After regaining access, I found that the hacker had somehow linked my account to another account (@madegetthat), which I do not own, control, or recognize. Shortly after, my account was disabled due to violations caused by the hacker, not me. This is extremely frustrating as I took all steps to recover my account and secure it, but now I’m being penalized for something outside of my control. Now it's hurting me mentally as I'm not using using instagram since 3 days don't know how my friends have been. And do not even know if i ever could recover my acc. I really need an explanation and compensation from instagram. Thank you.
