So far a very mixed experience with Wessex Internet. Initial conversations with Jordan Sharp were very positive and resulted in us placing our order at the beginning of September. Thereafter service went downhill ...until the end. We had two months of chasing trying to find out what was happening ( nothing was!); being promised calls back which did nt happen etc. etc.. Mid November chased yet again in a mood that was ready to fire a broadside at the CEO. This time I got Katie Gondelle when for the first time in over 2 months things started to move ...and at break neck speed. Dave visited to survey today and within half an hour a team were on site to lay the cable ( v. straightforward as predicted). Now await installation team at end of this week. Jordan and Katie deserve 5 star reviews...the unacceptable wait in the middle let the whole company down hence only 3 stars offered.
