EAAs pineapple for me this works better, to brighten up my boring water in my shaker & more convenient whilst I train. Helping to fight against any muscle break down with intense training. Heading towards the mile stone of 50 yrs old, I feel this is a must to OPTIMISE training!. One Stop Xtreme If you have a busy day & miss that meal before the gym, this product is a game changer. Obviously full of quality ingredients/nutrition, a shake fits in my life during my last break in work before I travel to the gym or either to recover when training late.
