Christie was helpful, Lycamobile's website & app can be improved..
I have spoken with Christie, and she was very helpful. I needed to switch from an eSim to a physical Sim; she gave me the options and told me what and where to do it. Unfortunately, I believe Lycamobile should have made it so that contacting a representative was not needed at all, but given the circumstances, namely Lycamobile's lackluster infrastructure as far as it comes to managing your account, Christie made things simple and straight-forward. I cannot complain about the free Sim delivery either, which should arrive in 3 working days. Again, my one and only problem with Lycamobile is the fact that most of the things I want to do, changes to my account, upgrades & cancellations of bundles, I SHOULD really be able to do them myself without having to contact a customer representative, but I had this problem since 2 years ago or so, and I doubt they will be changing this any time soon. The low prices & good offers make the headache less hurting, though :)
