Cheap quality/Unprofessional and sketchy return Paid 40€ for what turned out to be 2 plastic, low quality hooks that could not hold even a small towel. Look and feel was not luxurious AT ALL and functionality bad. The return process was very sketchy, with a return address at a private home; return label to be bought yourself. After my return was delivered, it took a lot of time and effort from my side to eventually get my refund. Mails were ignored and in the end, I had to research and call the phone number registered to the return address. This call was answered by an elderly lady, mother of the girlfriend of the guy who managed the webshop (or something to that effect)... Only after this call action was taken on the refund. Unprofessional and sketchy.
