I ordered a polo shirt for my husband…
I ordered a polo shirt for my husband as a Christmas gift on 19th November 24. As the sizing is not accurate, the shirt was too short and we needed to size up. In the meantime my husband made his own order with the same issue both shirts too small. We both paid postage to receive the items, we have to pay our own postage on two returns and have also been charged postage for two lots of replacements. Total postage cost £31.70 The returns process isn’t straightforward especially as the extended returns was for items bought after the 25th November so I had to email customer service to get confirmation that I would be able to return. You cannot return online purchases to a store either. There is no contact telephone number to call, so all in all a terrible experience, customer service appalling. An expensive purchase too, I will never order anything again from this company.
