Canceled 10 days prior!
On June 15, I made reservations for 2 consecutive weeks beginning Aug 28. On Aug 19, I called the resort to check on travel instructions and learned that there was no reservation in my name! Called Endless Vacation and was told they made an error and the reservation could not be made at that time! It took a lot of hassle, but the money was eventually refunded-- which should have been no issue since they screwed it up! So--- a vacation I was looking forward to for 2 months was canceled 10 days before departure! Major bummer! Although the price was great, what good is it if they can't fulfill their their own order? I don't know if I will try them again, since I was greatly disappointed!
