It used to be a refreshing digital bank... and it turned to be the worst bank experience. Keytrade doesn’t innovate anymore. They don’t even try to catch up with basic offerings. Using Keytrade feels like going five years back in time. The worst part? No support at all. They sent my new credit card to the wrong address. I have no idea how they even managed that. I can’t get an answer from them, and… I can’t get a replacement card either. As a result, I’m stuck without a credit card and it was my main one. It’s been two months. I switched to a competitor and got a new card instantly. Ciao
