Fabulous rehab program
I was so encouraged when I found the Carda Health website. Since Covid it would seem that the majority of the Pulmonary Rehab programs were shut down and then when they did reopen they were very difficult to get in to. Such a great idea to be able to do the rehab at home with the guidance of a professional and to have it paid for by insurance. I had to start slowly but over time my ability to do the exercises has improved immensely. I feel stronger than I have in years and the balance exercises are really important for seniors like me. I still get out of breath easily but recovery from breathlessness is much faster than before. I’m so happy to have my life back!!!
