Is There Anybody There?
I placed an order with Claires Beauty Shop on November 23rd. Their website indicates a delivery time of 3 – 5 working days. By December 2nd I still hadn’t received my order so I sent an enquiry by email – I received no reply. I sent another email on December 3rd and still received no reply. Finally, after 8 working days with no updates or communication, I decided to cancel the order on December 4th. I emailed Claires Beauty Shop to inform them and ask them to refund my money, but they haven’t responded, and, as they haven’t responded to any of my communications, I’m not expecting a response. I've requested and received a refund from PayPal.
