The return process is a nightmare
The return process is a nightmare, wrong information on the return page, quite complicated as well, the customer service is outsourcing so they don’t accept complains: “ you need to contact the brand yourself”. Online shopping is so common nowadays and I think Vila is doing smth wrong, the return experience is one of the worst experience I ever had. I believe it will make them loss many customers.
