FLIGHT CHANGES WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY FROM TRAVELOCITY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I book a flight with them, and when airline change something, Travelocity DOES NOT HELP and they say WE CAN REFUND which is the WORST RESPONSE WE CAN GET (a delayed refund, and charge again for a new ticket at twice the price). They do not help, they do not feel responsible to help, and everytime they provide with different information. I AM COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED AND FEEL ABUSED.
