RIP OF MERCHANTS
First time doing a plaster project and popped in for advice with dimentions. Great, very helpful, told me what I would need so fine, bought it. Items got delivered. 2 huge bags of plaster came with it which I hadn't wanted and I told the kid who dropped them off I didn't, who told me to return them to store. Having done this within the 30 days of purchasing I get made out to be a liar and told that they won't refund me because they are perishable goods, even though it was a case of not wanting them and telling them immediately. Service was great when it came to taking money but as for customer service afterwards AVOID LIKE COVID! Completely breaching consumer rights act and took advantage of someone who was inexperienced. Disgraceful company, never ever ever will I recommend or ever go to again!
