great from start to finish
anyone can be good and helpful when taking your money, its when things go wrong that you really see what a company is like. 11pm I ran the help line as the whole family was sick, they advised me on the nearest hospital which had English speaking people and asked if I was able to make the journey myself. 11.15 they rang back to make sure I was fine and see if I was going to hospital. gave me the phone numbers and other contact details of the hospital. 11.30 rang again to make sure we could find it on the GPS, which we couldn't so they found other streets and nearby info so we could get there. next day they rang back to see how we were going and to advise me how to make a claim. when I got back and put in my claim i filled out the online form as best as i could. the only issue was that i couldn't edit the form with the info i found later. from then it took them 4 days before i got the positive response. They paid back the AUD cost on my bank statement not some random price based on the EURO. could not be more pleased.
