Awful system, use something else
This system is totally confusing and disorganised. It’s unclear what you actually need and what you’re supposed to pay for. It feels like you’re being tricked into paying for services you’re not even using. I signed up for notifications during a trial period, which has since expired. Now I can’t unsubscribe from the daily notifications without paying—despite it being a trial. The cancellation process is awful: overly complex, confusing, and frustrating. I’m currently stuck on a “please wait” screen that’s supposedly cancelling my account, but it’s been frozen there for over 10 minutes. I’ve no idea whether my account has actually been cancelled or not. UPDATE: I've cancelled my account and looking at Acronis instead. However, iDrive is still sending me daily spam notifications from the trial.
