Thank you to Tracy for your help with my issue with British Gas, you helped me through the while process with patience and understanding and I appreciate what you did. I hope that I get the compensation money soon and it does not go to another random address, like the debt letters did, when I did NOT owe the money anyway. Even the last email I received From BG had a random name in the salutation. Followed by another email apologising for the mistake.
