Great customer service, thanks Beth!
Being a loyal customer and user of PhD bars, I've been quite disappointed when facing an issue regarding the quality of my recent purchase. I then contacted the Customer Service, Beth. She listen to me, we had a good communication and she took care of my claim. Thanks to her. Of course, in this review, I put 5 stars because of my experience with the customer service, I would have rate 1 star the bars with poor quality I purchased at that time.
