Not what I expected customer service an embarrassment, Both scooters being returned now someone has replied, Stay well away Pure thanks for your fast response, it’s a shame you couldn’t respond to my email when my delivery arrived faulty and I was just ignored then I get an email from your self’s below, Due to the lack of response I requested a returns and you clearly had to respond.
