So far, so good.
So far I've completed most of the initial online courses and I'm at the stage just before needing to book my first practical workshop. My training was delayed during the past year because I broke my ankle and was unable to even get as far as my computer, so it was a huge relief to realise that my training programme was still there waiting for me when I was well enough to tackle it again. I am very much looking forward to doing the first practical workshop. I love the fact that if you make a mistake when doing the 'test your knowledge' bits you can review and do it again. I was also pleasantly surprised to pass the first online training assessments first time and realise how much I had actually retained. The format of the online training is really straightforward and well presented. What could be better is the visual sequencing of the training. When I click on 'my training' it seems to bring up all the training modules in a random order and I have to search for where I'm actually supposed to be! I would also like a little more contact from trainers, checking in with me. There was rather a lot from the sales people selling the course but nothing since. I haven't needed it, but it would just be nice customer service. I wish I had more time to spend doing the course, as it's currently hampered by my busy work schedule, but hopefully one day, I might be able to make my own work schedule. So happy that I started this.
