Terrible Customer Service
27/05/2025 @10am. Went online and ordered the items I required of what was in stock. Then drove to my local store to collect those items to be badly greeted by the chap at the counter. Didn’t say hello to me, I explained I was here to collect an online order, he then huffs and tells me the system is sh*t and it doesn’t work with online store. I told him the name on the order and what I ordered, eventually he finds it and then asks why I ordered a certain item as it’s not in stock, I replied saying I just went off the online stock quantities for your store. I said change we change it for one you do have in stock, he then tells me no because you ordered it online, someone else then comes to the counter and says actually yes we can change it no problem. He was extremely impolite, unhelpful and felt like he wanted me to just leave. It was some of the worse customer service I’ve experienced in a while and I will never be using this company again for that reason.
