Not very helpful
I made an order before I realised I hadn't changed my address, when I realised minutes after ordering I was looking for ways to contact silkfred, but there's no telephone number, can only use chat choosing from their prompts, when someone did come on line much later they emailed to say if the item hasn't been processed then they might be able to change it, if it has they can't do anything about it, no other advice or helpful suggestions. If my parcel go to the old address I won't get it, I will have lost my money. Also can't see a way in the app or online to change my address details. I am not happy with this service? Very poor
