Geld zurück erhalten schwierig

Ich hatte große Probleme, mein hier angelegtes Geld zurück zu erhalten. Ich konnte am Ende eines Aktionszinszeitraumes kein Guthaben auf das Referenzkonto überweisen. Die Bank hat dafür technische Gründe angegeben. Eine sehr ärgerliche Erfahrung.
