Experience went from exceptional to nightmare
I had such a great experience from ordering my worktop to its arrival. My issues started after installation.. i noticed scratches on the surface and pencil marks from where it had been cut still on the surface which suggests it wasnt buffed properly after install. No biggie so contacted the installer and was met with blame that it has to be my fault and there would be a charge for rectifying it (bare in mind the property is under renovation so the worktop has not been used. I was told i’d be charged £50 when the installer was in my area or £200! If he was to come to me specifically again shocked by the charges… this has now been ongoing for over a year now. Communication from bbk is slim when i email and the installer just doesnt communicate with me. I was so impressed by the service initially that to end up being treated this was is extremely upsetting and uncalled for.
