Having problems with SPF…
Having problems with SPF authentification and it seemed that the only help available from the Net and Heart was a series of faq files. I'm so out of touch with the acronimss that I didn't see how to sort it. I raised a support ticket and asked if Heart would help. I got immediate response from Adrian advising that he had fixed the problems for me, and no action by me was required. I'm delighted and relieved with the outsome and the service. He also looked at my set-up and advised where there may be problems in futue and offered advice now for changes and an invite to contact him again when moving to a different platform is required. Magic service and well beyond what I was hoping for. I hope he is still available when I next need help. AH
