Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I needed to get this done ASAP and could not wait for an appt at DMV (6 weeks out). I sent in all the paperwork on April 20th and waited for them to reply. I received a response that my copies were blurry, so I resent. On May 20 one MONTH later, I asked why havent I heard back? I get a response that maybe their emails went into my spam/junk folder. Nope not there... Told them so. they said please re-send documents. Once again I sent them, it's been a week now and still have not heard back from them. Now that my tags are expired and I will have to pay a fee, I guess I will be making that DMV appt after all.
