Contacted customer service at least 5…
Contacted customer service at least 5 times now and still have not had approved account although I've submitted all the necessary paperwork for verification purposes. My account still is in pending status. Eveery one says they are the ELD department and someone will call back . They call back and say the same with no resolution but that someone else will call back
