VERY DISSATISFIED
We had windows replaced in our entire house. The day of install, one of the installers saw something wrong with the windows and told his crew leader. He told him to install them anyway. They had already removed all and broken some of my old windows. Anyway, after all was said & done, we were not satisfied. The supervisor came out and found SEVERAL things wrong (not up to their standard) that we didn't even see. So he said they would order the parts & fix it. Two months later they finally called to set up an appointment, I take off from work to be there. 30 minutes prior to arrival time, they call - Can't make it today - all the parts didn't come in. I call to see what's going on and they want to schedule another appt. the NEXT week....Excuse me!!! You don't have the parts!! Why would you schedule another appt. for next week? You don't have the parts!!!! I have been trying to talk to someone, anyone that can tell me what's going on for 3 weeks since that debacle. Finally found out that someone ordered the wrong parts...not that the parts didn't come in. Oh, and they didn't put in (2) of the screens, that they had the day of install. But now have to order new ones. Now they say it's going to be another month before the parts will be in....supposedly. Is this the "customer service" West Shore Homes strives for???? I think NOT!!!!! And mind you, these windows are NOT CHEAP!!! We have paid a lot of money for these windows. We are really not happy with the service we unfortunately have not received!! I mean really, how hard is it to pick up the phone and call your customer and explain what happened, what is wrong, what they are doing to make their customer happy?!?!?!?! We will see how or if the next scheduled appt. happens. Very Dissatisfied
