ESky are refusing to change my travel…
ESky are refusing to change my travel time without me paying for the change. Logan air rescheduled my flight time and I can’t get from the ship in time for the new time 8.30am Logan air said a rescheduled flight change is free and ESky should not be telling me to pay up because a 7.30pm flight is more than one hour difference from 8.30am. ESky said they would verify Logan air policy but they have not done so. They were to contact Logan’s Trade Support Team but they have not done so. Booked first a 12.30am flight then they changed it to 10.30 which was manageable but 8.30 is impossible. I’m stuck in the middle and I just want a ticket that I can use without paying more. Before giving a different time a check should be made to see if it’s humanly possible to catch it.
