Long story folks,
Long story folks, Had a trip that I canceled in Jan 2023. Got 2300us credits for it. This month July 2023 I resched. the trip for Jan 2024. I asked for tickets(2) to equal the amount of the credit. Was made aware then there is a fine of 350 per ticket for previous cancel. So, an additional 700 for trip, okay fine. Looked later at credit card and see 2050us charged. Had to make 3/4 calls to them and one to airline to get it figured. When I resched. It would not let me use the credit so got help. They bought me the 2 new tickets with the Credit I assumed the limit of 2300us. I looked at the flights then and all were well under the 2300us limit. Did they do it that way? Nope they picked tickets that were an additional 650us each and said nothing. So, I got charged for an additional 1000ish per ticket. So same 2 tickets same trip now cost 4000us instead of 2300us. Looked again and trips for 2 tickets are well within the 2300us, asked if it could be corrected. Nope no other resolution will be used. Thats it. Will be deleting my Travelocity account once trip over.
