Vehicles for Veterans provided a wonderful experience and easy option to donate my car to such a worthy cause. I completed the form online and received a prompt response via text (my choice). The employee provided her name and how to proceed with next steps. The employee provided dates for pickup and options to ask questions along with how to complete the transaction. Once we confirmed a pickup date, I was provided a 2-3 hour window initially and follow up confirmed the date and time days in advance. On the day of pickup, I received a text with the driver’s name and confirmation. After the car was picked up, I received an email outlining the details and a UPS envelope was supplied a few days later with instructions on how to complete the title change. In summary the process was smooth, consistent, and the employees working for Vehicles for Veterans were extremely pleasant and efficient.
