So far, so good!
I subscribed to IDrive because I read that it offered the best value and great customer service. So far, that has proven accurate. I used the Express Backup option, the hard drive arrived within a day or two, and transferring my data was easy. I just mailed it back yesterday, but I expect a similarly smooth and user-friendly process once IDrive receives it and makes it available in the cloud. So far, so good!
