They arrived unannounced demanding to be let jn they are Intimidating and get ANGRY when refused access. Not a one off, three different agents in last couple of years have acted like this. No you are not entitled to come into my home without any notice or warning. No understanding that some customers are disbaled and vulnerable and need support engaging with people. Interactions with these bullies leave me anxious for the rest of the day. Need serious training.
