Disappointing experience
I signed up for this program with high hopes at the end of April (about a week ago). When signing up, I was told I would be scheduled in June. I was just contacted and told it would be July. Two months feels unreasonable to start a program like this and if I had known, I would not have signed up. I have requested a refund but hate that I have now shared my medical information with them. Very disappointing! Feels like they should stop taking patients to get caught up instead of stringing people along.
