Great back in the day...horrible now!
Been with them for years & it was always a good service, but problems began this past fall. Packaging was horrible, now u get your bottles thrown in a box with green shavings. No flavor menu in your box, u have to go to the website & search every bottle to see what the flavors are. No way to update your monthly flavor review, which is suppose to help in curating your next monthly box. Orders are left on the website saying they are still being processed even though I ordered, paid and received them months ago. In January I was double-charged for 2 boxes when I only wanted 1. It takes at least a week to ship your box when before it took 1-2 days. You get the same tired old juice month after month, I never see any new juice anymore. I asked to skip an extra month since I was charged for 2 boxes & had plenty of juice left over & I was told I wasn't allowed to since I already skipped a month. I told them I wanted to cancel my order & was also told that they couldn't do that either since my box was being processed, even though the box hadn't shipped yet. I'm done with this lame company! They won't be around much longer!
