Emailed to cancel policy
Emailed to cancel policy, got a reply into my spam saying the inbox is full. Tried calling because the email says they open at 8:30, but on the phone it said they don't open until 9. Back to back over promise and under delivery for a service I'm trying to leave anyway. Edit: got through on the phone and cancelled the lady was very nice. Reported the email folder issue and opening times discrepancy.
