They don't care about the client
I bought 1 cupboard and they contact me to make sure there is a space to put it, after 1 week when they come for delivery they said the room should be empty to fix it it is special model!!! They did not give any solution , they refused to replace the cupboard with other model that can be fixed! They just wanted to take it back with no solution!!!!! Although it is their responsibility to explain to the customer the space needed before they deliver! I asked them at least as it was their mistske to remove the bed so they can fix it, they refused and said this police!!! For them Policy but what about the customer!!! They do the mistake and not take responsibility!!! I will never deal with them again, they don't care about the customer just for their money.
