They promised to call in order to take through the process and they did as they promised as well as on time. They explained what they do and the process, give me the available options, each with it's merits, pros and cons. They were very clear and straight to the point, very helpful and efficient with all the information and allowed me to ask questions in every stage, gave me time to think about it and the whole process was simple with efficiency. I'd recommend it to anyone struggling with worries and not knowing how to go about it. They could see my struggles through my lenses...or it felt like and made me feel comfortable without being unfairly judged and made me feel ok and had some good night sleep in a long while after that without worrying about threatening phone calls and demand notices.
