Account with money on it is blocked

Suddenly, my account with money on it was blocked. Support said that I needed to send documents to verify my identity. After I did so, they confirmed that all documents were in order, but that I would have to wait for the security department to unlock the account. It has now been over a week since then!!! Support has stopped responding! Complete disregard! I will be contacting the police and the gambling regulatory authority! This company is behaving like actual scammers. Once again, they have blocked access to an account with money on it and have stopped communicating!
