After almost 25 years as a customer, I have given my feedback directly to my adviser. My recommendation to others: think twice before becoming a customer in Nordea and read the reviews carefully in trustpilot before deciding. And to the person who will answer me here on TrustPilot: ask yourself why so many low ratings exist, and challenge your colleagues to be closer to your customers. Spend your energy on fixing the real reasons behind all these frustrated customers, instead of writing standard replies. Really sorry, but this is the reality.
