My telephone experience with Royal London
I just made a quick enquiry regarding access to my Pension and also for advice on my Pension with Royal London on Friday 12th September. Initially I get through to a lovely lady named Niamh who helped me with gaining access. She was so lovely and easily guided me through the access process and then she put me through to Jason Kerr. He was a lovely young man who clearly had 'that Friday feeling' and he was so very informative and helpful with answering my Pension query and also my change of address, He did this very professionally, clearly (as I know nothing about Pensions!) and with a very friendly and upbeat manner.
