Excellent service.

We made a small mistake on the booking form unintentionally. The agent picked this up immediately and phoned to clarify. Had they not have done this (and it was our mistake so they didn't need to) we could have been left needing to pay an awful lot more money at check in and had a real problem boarding our flight. This showed good attention to detail, and real people working behind the scenes!
