Knowledgeable but expensive
The expertise is definitely there and they provided valuable insights for our succession planning. The final report was comprehensive and well-researched. However, the cost was quite high compared to other consultants we've worked with. The project also took longer than initially promised, which created some internal scheduling challenges.
