Zafiro Palmanova
We were staying in Zafiro Palmanova for 6 nights. Staff are welcoming and very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are good, our issue was the housekeeping cleanliness was not up to 4* standards. Our daughter (4) enjoyed the stay so much! She had lots of fun in the pools during day m and the events during evening are entertaining even for adults. The food selection is alright, but a bit pricey, but the dinner buffet is great, we were staying for dinner in the hotel as the food variety was great. However the cocktails and Sangria was not so enjoyable as it felt like watered. The entertainment team (Olah Senoritas!) did and doing still a wonderful job, they are clearly focusing on the kids to have great fun!
