Once again I decided to give Waves at Tower Park Poole the opportunity to clean my car. Having been let down by them once before I decided to give them another chance. Only one other car being cleaned before mine. I left them my car keys with the understanding they were to clean inside and outside of my car at a cost of £26. I was told it would take approx 45 minutes. I went to do my shopping only to arrive back 45 minuets later to discover that it had not been cleaned. I was then advised by a staff member that they had been too busy to clean my car. The truth was . They just couldn’t be bothered . I will never attempt to use them again. They didn’t even offer an apology. Disgusted!
