If you're hungry don't use the Coop
How could the Coop get it so wrong so many times! I am disappointed about their poor delivery service - 28/3, 12/3 (last 2 instances). And after calling customer service and getting assurance that the order is now being processed, it still doesn't turn up. What's even more annoying is that the customer is expected to chase them for their groceries, rather than the Coop informing their customer that the order will be late or cannot be processed until the following day. This is poor practice and bad service!!!
