DO NOT USE I have hired a few vehicles over the years across Europe and America, and this has been the only bad experience. I hired a vehicle for a period of two weeks. They do not walk you to your vehicle and will disappear after collecting the keys. If there are any issues with the vehicle, you have to email them (to which they never reply to). They expect you to professionally clean the EXTERIOR of the vehicle upon your return. There are no facilities at the airport or the nearby service station to do so. They will then charge you a fee of 350PLN / £75. I do not understand how this can be a charge, when hire companies by default clean vehicles between customers. They are taking advantage of international customers. They do not advise you of any these requirements or show you the terms, but are quick to have you sign a one pager when collecting the keys. Please note, vehicles are also marked with their signage and in generally poor condition. I do not recommend at all and suggest going with one of their more professional competitors.
