Delay in shipment of Ozempic
I am on weekly Ozempic which I take Tuesdays. 6 days prior to the end of my 4 week subscription I pro-actively messaged both my Rocky Clinician and the general support contact saying that I had not experienced any significant side effects, my glucose levels were lower, etc and was looking fwd to receiving my new 4 week prescription no later than Monday or Tuesday of this week. I got a response from my Clinician saying that the prescription would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday which made me nervous as I have to leave on a trip 9am Thursday morning, and on Monday I noticed on the Rocky subscription webpage that my order had not been processed yet. It will ship today due to the long weekend impact and Rocky is now trying to recode the shipment for 9am delivery so I am satisfied with their efforts to resolve this situation.
