Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. Ordered a sofa with a delivery date that could vary between 7-10 days and when it finally turned up, it was the wrong colour (my fault), contacted customer services to exchange and had to chase them 6 times for a response. In the end I decided I wanted to return the item as I was appalled by their lack of correspondence only to be told that it would be £99 to exchange or £189 for a return - the sofa was £440 so to return it they are charging the best part of 50% of the item cost. Do not order from this company, there are many other reputable businesses out there with a transparent returns policy and communicative customer services team
