My partner booked a hotel at Birmingham…
My partner booked a hotel at Birmingham airport, put in the correct date and mysterious it altered the dates to February. So obviously when we got to the hotel there wasn't a room booked we paid £97 for the night to booking.com and then another £180 to the hotel to stay, so I'm pretty disgusted especially as we booked the apartment with booking.com on the 20th Jan I'll be thinking twice before using them in the future
